Job summary

Cygnet Views is seeking a confident support worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will work 42 hours per week across days and nights, helping residents at our high dependency service for women with learning disabilities. Salary: £13.15 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care or similar support role.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including days and nights.
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Work 42 hours per week across days and nights.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents.
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Report medical and welfare needs as required.

Cygnet Views is a 9 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your Day-to-Day

You will be working a 42 hours per week, a mixture of both days and nights.

Salary: £13.15 per hour

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
