We're looking for an energetic, positive and proactive Support Worker to join our welcoming team in BA1. You'll support four adults in their 40s-three women and one man-with learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and well-managed epilepsy. This is an active, engaging home where every day offers opportunities to build meaningful connections, support independence and create joyful moments. Who you will be supporting You'll support individuals who enjoy busy, fulfilling lifestyles and love getting out and about. Each person has unique needs, strengths and interests, and your support will help them live safely, confidently and with dignity.
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto-friendly) - must be comfortable driving a mobility vehicle (no larger than a 4x4),
Experience in care is welcome but not essential - full training is provided.
