When you join Dimensions, you join a team that genuinely cares and works in partnership to make a real difference every day.

Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition.

Are you someone who enjoys being active, having fun and making a real difference?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, positive Support Workers to join our team in Kenton, supporting four incredible people in their own supported living bungalows.

You’ll be supporting three gentlemen and one lady with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and enjoy life on their terms.

This is a lively, engaging environment with people who love to stay active, social and involved.

Their interests include:

  • Getting creative with arts and crafts
  • Bike rides and being outdoors
  • Watching drama and crime series (Police Interceptors is a favourite!)
  • Music, dancing and enjoying the moment
  • Spending quality time with family and friends

No two days are the same, and your role will be all about helping them enjoy the things they love.

You will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress – full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is essential.

Your role will include:
  • Supporting daily routines and independence
  • Helping with personal care (varying levels)
  • Administering and supporting with medication
  • Supporting food shopping and meal preparation
  • Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Encouraging participation in activities, hobbies and community life
  • Providing calm reassurance during behaviours of distress, following Positive Behaviour Support plans

You’ll be someone who can bring energy, patience and consistency, while also knowing how to stay calm and supportive when it matters most.

What shifts are required:

Day shifts are typically 8am – 10pm
Waking nights are typically 10pm – 8am
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of shifts, weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the posts are filled
