Job summary

Dimensions is hiring Support Workers in Aldershot to assist six adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will provide person-centred support, enable participation in activities, and help with daily living tasks in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer flexible shift patterns, a competitive payrate with overtime, Career progression, and a Learn to Drive scheme to support your development. Enhanced DBS is required and funded by Dimensions.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK manual driving licence, with confidence driving both manual cars and a manual minibus.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required (cost paid by Dimensions).
• Ability to support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to six individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Assist with swimming, sensory experiences, and intensive interaction to build communication and connection.
• Support with personal care, medications, and health-related routines.

Location: Aldershot (GU12)-Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (You’ll need to be confident driving both manual cars and a manual minibus.)

Shift Patterns: Mixture of earlies/lates and alternate weekends. Also, 8am -8pm shifts are available.
