Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Support Worker Female for Greenhill (DT4) on a part-time basis (12 hours per week). The role runs Monday to Friday, 10am–1pm, supporting a gentleman in his 40s with Autism in his own home. A full UK/EU driving licence and own vehicle are essential for shopping and activities.

About the Role

We're building a new support team for a gentleman in his 40's that we'll soon be supporting in his own home - and we're looking for someone compassionate, patient, and encouraging to join us.

You'll be supporting a quiet, gentleman with Autism who has a great sense of humour he enjoys music. He thrives with calm, steady support and benefits from encouragement to build confidence in everyday activities such as:

• Daily walks

• Shopping and planning meals

• Keeping his home comfortable

While the core hours are set, there may occasionally be planned support needed outside these times - always with plenty of notice.
