Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Gosport is seeking a dedicated carer to support two individuals with learning disabilities and autism. A full UK manual driving licence is essential as driving a mobility vehicle is a core part of the role.

You will contribute to a team providing personal care, mobility assistance and engagement in activities, with shifts including early, late, and long days. A friendly, flexible attitude is valued.

About the Role

You'll be supporting two gentlemen who share a specially adapted bungalow. Both have complex physical needs and require full support with personal care, moving and handling, and health-related tasks. They enjoy sensory activities, attending social clubs and day centres, and getting out in their mobility car-so driving is a key part of the role.

Shift Patterns

• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Long Days & Alternate weekends (shift details will be discussed at interview.)
