Dimensions (UK) Ltd is seeking a caring, proactive Support Worker to join our established team in Eastleigh, supporting a gentleman in his own supported living home. He has autism and learning disabilities; understanding how he communicates and building trust will be key.
Your role includes meal prep, shopping, personal care, supporting with medication, encouraging activities he enjoys, helping maintain independence and taking a proactive, person-centred approach.
We're looking for a caring, proactive Support Worker to join our established team supporting a gentleman in his own supported living home in Eastleigh. He has autism and learning disabilities and communicates without words, so getting to know him, understanding how he communicates and building a trusting relationship will be an important part of your role. He loves being out and about, particularly long walks, meals out, bowling and exploring the local area.
