You'll work alongside the Locality Manager and Assistant Locality Manager to provide high-quality, person-centred support while coaching and mentoring other Support Workers. Your role will include:

• Supporting people to build independence, develop skills and achieve personal goals
• Providing support with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and everyday routines
• Encouraging choice, participation and involvement in the local community
• Coaching colleagues, sharing good practice and providing constructive feedback
• Building positive relationships with families, colleagues and wider circles of support
