Dimensions is seeking caring Support Workers in Bath to help eight adults with complex health and support needs. You’ll provide person-centred care, assist with daily living, medication administration, and accompany residents to appointments and activities.
Full training will be provided for epilepsy, PEG feeding and communication support. You will work mornings, afternoons, long days and sleep-ins, within a warm, inclusive home that values wellbeing and independence.
We're looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Bath (BA1), supporting eight adults aged 40-60 with a range of complex health and support needs. This is a warm, welcoming home where every person is supported as an individual. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to provide person-centred support to people with epilepsy, PEG feeding requirements, complex physical disabilities and communication needs. As well as supporting health and wellbeing, you'll help people enjoy the things that make them feel good about themselves. For some of the ladies we support, this includes enjoying pamper sessions, choosing new clothes, shopping trips, hair and beauty appointments, nail care and maintaining personal routines that promote confidence and self-esteem. Family involvement is important, and you'll work closely with relatives and healthcare professionals to ensure every person receives the best possible support.
Shifts include mornings, afternoons, long days and sleep‑ins, with rotas provided in advance to support work‑life balance.
Experience in complex care is beneficial but not essential - we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
