Job summary

Dimensions Ltd in Eastleigh (SO50) is hiring a Full-Time Support Worker to join our friendly team. The role involves supporting three gentlemen with personal care, accompanying them on activities, and helping them stay independent.

Shifts are 7:30am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10:00pm, with sleep-ins and alternate weekends. Pay starts at £13.26 per hour, increasing to £13.71 from 1 October 2026. Drivers are preferred; DBS and ongoing training are provided, plus generous annual leave and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in care setting preferred.
• Able to follow care plans and maintain privacy.
• Reliable team player with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to three gentlemen.
• Promote independence and accompany to local activities.
• Record observations and communicate with the team as required.
