Job summary

National Autistic Society is seeking a full-time care support role in the UK. The position involves assisting with personal care and encouraging engagement in activities such as swimming, hiking, and arts and crafts.

You will support life skills like budgeting, shopping and meal preparation, helping the individuals achieve greater independence. We welcome personal experience or a genuine passion for helping others; autism experience is helpful but not essential.

What You'll Do

This advert is for a full-time position at 37 Hours per week. Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working. Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.
