Job summary

National Autistic Society in Burnham-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help four autistic adults live more independently at Park View. You will follow individual support plans, assist with personal care, and encourage participation in activities and life skills development.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week) with evening and weekend flexibility, and a driving licence is preferred. Benefits include pension, generous annual leave, training, staff discounts, and health support

It provides an ideal environment for autistic people and with the help of our fully-trained and experienced staff we can enable individuals to acquire skills to live more independently.**About the Role** We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers.
