Could you be our next Support Services Administrator? We are looking for someone to provide professional, customer-focused administrative support to our Glasgow Services.

This role offers hybrid working, based in our Glasgow Hub with the option to work from home as agreed. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact in person, by telephone, or email; handling incoming mail; providing administrative support; recording referrals; updating our Case Management System; managing financial administration; and supporting recruitment and safeguarding processes.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, able to work effectively in an office environment, and an effective communicator. Proven literacy, data input, and numerical skills are essential, along with flexibility to meet the service's changing needs. Experience with Office 365, especially Word and Excel, is required.
