Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is recruiting a Support Practitioner for the Dumfries & Lockerbie site. The role focuses on providing individualised support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health and physical health needs, helping them develop skills and independence through engaging activities and community participation.

You will work on a rota, with full-time, part-time or relief options, and may include sleepover shifts with extra pay. A compassionate, flexible approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to adults, 1:1 or in a team.
• Support individuals within the community and engage with hobbies and interests to promote independence.
• Attend community groups and accompany service users to activities and trips.
