Job summary

Turning Point Scotland in Angus is seeking Support Practitioners to provide individualised support to adults with complex needs, in their own homes and the community. The role involves helping people access everyday opportunities, including education, employment or volunteering, and social activities.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will support people to maintain independence and develop relationships, underpinned by respect, compassion and inclusion.

Qualifications

• No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided.
• Values compassion, inclusion and integrity, with a focus on respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a wide range of needs.
• Encourage and enable people to achieve personal outcomes in daily life, such as safe living, activities, relationships and community involvement.
• Work with individuals 1:1 or as part of a team, in home and community settings.
