Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Support Practitioner for our Dumfries & Galloway Learning Disabilities Services, based in Castle Douglas and Newton Stewart. The role offers Full Time, Part Time or Relief hours with a permanent contract and a pro rata salary of £25,879–£26,843.

You will provide individualised support, engaging people in hobbies and activities to empower growth, while promoting skills and independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to adults, helping them develop skills and independence.
• Engage service users in hobbies and activities, accompany to community groups and events.
• Assist with personal care, ensure comfort and wellbeing, and support daily living activities.
