Job summary

Turning Point Scotland in Dundee is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to assist adults with learning disabilities and related needs. The role involves 1:1 support or small teams to promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful daily activities within the community.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; IT skills are needed. The service emphasises person-centered care and close collaboration with families, health teams and social work.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a wide range of needs.
• Encourage personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, activities and community involvement.
