Support Practitioner (Complex Care) - Ayrshire (£16.00 per hour)

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join a supported housing service in Ayrshire. This is a contract role paying £16.00 per hour, working with vulnerable adults who require practical and emotional support to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering person-centred support based on individual needs and outcomes
  • Assisting with day-to-day activities such as budgeting, shopping, and maintaining tenancies
  • Promoting social inclusion and encouraging engagement with the local community
  • Monitoring and reviewing support plans regularly with service users
