Job summary

Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking an Assistant Support Manager for Community Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Substances Misuse Services. You will provide day-to-day management of admin and clerical staff, oversee operational tasks and contribute to project work on behalf of the Support Management Team.

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated management of staff.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience of staff is essential.
• Excellent communication, minute taking, health & safety knowledge and mental health experience are essential.
• NHS systems such as Datix, SSTS, Boxi, DAISy, Neo and TrakCare training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of admin & clerical staff.
• Oversee operational tasks and project work on behalf of the Support Management Team.
• Organise/workload planning and deliver reports to the team.
• Take initiative and prioritise tasks to meet service needs.
