NHS Scotland in Glasgow invites applications for a Service Manager for Community Mental Health Services. You will supervise a large, multidisciplinary workforce, oversee a significant budget, and lead three Community Mental Health Teams plus related services to deliver safe, integrated care.

Qualifications

Proven leadership with track record in delivering high-quality mental health services.
Strategic thinking and service improvement experience in complex health systems.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

Support service delivery and governance across complex care systems.
Drive service improvement and redesign initiatives.
Lead delegated aspects of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Mental Health Strategy.
Spearhead local innovations and projects to enhance service quality and integration.
Engage effectively with patients, families, elected members, the Third Sector and partner agencies.
Promote joint working across HSCPs, acute services and partner agencies for person-centred care.
