You will oversee management of staff, manage leave and sickness cover and monitor key service deliverables across our sites which are in Salford, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham. Working closely with clinical teams and operational team. Will ensure smooth administrative processes, support patient flow, attendance to bed meetings and maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and patient-focused service delivery.,
