Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Ward L5 in Salford. You will join a friendly, multidisciplinary team delivering essential daily housekeeping, stock management and meal delivery to elderly patients.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and patient comfort in a busy NHS ward.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen on Ward L5 at Salford Care organisation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Housekeeper to provide efficient support.

L5 is a 24 bedded ward providing care for elderly patients

The post provides an exciting challenge to the successful candidate and gives the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the needs of patients, multi-disciplinary team and relatives., We require a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as the Housekeeper on L5 at Salford.This role includes the undertaking of daily organisation, maintaining stock levels, providing meals to the patients and cleanliness of the environment.

You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team who will be happy to assist you as settle within the team. Regular feedback and one-to-one will be provided by your manager to ensure that you stay happy in your job.

You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments.

Experience of working with the general public is essential.

The ability to work independently and adapt to an environment of changing priorities is an essential component to consistently facilitate a patient focused approached.
