ACH Refugee Integration Services Provider is seeking a dedicated Support & Integration Officer in Coventry to help refugees rebuild stability and independence. You will manage a caseload, provide guidance across housing, education, employment and health, and work with external partners to access necessary services.
The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a supportive culture, training opportunities, DBS checks where required and a focus on compassionate, culturally sensitive support

We are now looking for a Support & Integration Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.

As a Support & Integration Officer, you will provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to help refugees successfully resettle and integrate into their communities.
Managing a designated caseload, you will assess individual needs and risks, develop tailored support plans and provide culturally sensitive guidance across areas including housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration.
You will also support residents to build independence, access relevant services and opportunities, and prepare to move into independent accommodation.
