Job summary

Pobl Group in Bridgend seeks a full-time Manager to oversee the operations of our support housing scheme. The role involves leading a team to deliver quality housing support for adults experiencing homelessness, with a focus on partnership working and continuous service improvement.

You will manage staff wellbeing, coaching, mentoring and supervision, and ensure residents receive resettlement support to achieve independence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support environment.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the service including health and safety, maintenance and neighbour relationships.
• Be responsible for the annual budget and monitoring the service's income.
• Provide welfare rights advice, housing options and related information.
• Offer resettlement advice to address move-on needs.
• Monitor the service and update procedures as appropriate.
• Build relationships with local neighbourhoods, businesses, commissioners and council.
