Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Manager to oversee the operations of our support housing scheme in Bridgend, delivering a high-quality housing support service to adults aged 18+. You will lead a team of staff, including Project Workers and Scheme Support Officers, ensuring wellbeing, coaching and supervision while driving improved outcomes for clients.

The role involves health and safety oversight, budget management, and strong partnership working to build a reputation for excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the support housing service including health and safety and neighbour relations.
• Manage annual budget and monitor income for the service.
• Provide welfare rights guidance, housing options and related information to clients as needed.
• Offer resettlement advice to address move-on needs when appropriate.
• Monitor service delivery and update procedures as required.
• Build relationships with local neighbourhoods, businesses, commissioners and the council.
