Job summary

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Commissioning for Complex Needs Team, combining social work leadership with service development to drive improvements for adults with complex needs.

You will partner across social care, health, housing and the independent sector, championing strengths-based practice, risk-aware decision making and person-centred care to inform future accommodation and support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Care Wales.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience working with adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commissioning for Complex Needs Team and drive service development.
• Provide professional leadership and promote strengths-based, person-centred practice.
• Collaborate with health, housing and independent sector partners to shape future accommodation and support.
• Oversee Continuing Healthcare (CHC), quality assurance, performance and service improvement.
