Job summary

Creative Support Limited is seeking a organised, dynamic Support Coordinator to lead a team of support workers at Warrington Services. You will provide person-centred care in tenants' homes, drive co-production and partnerships, and ensure day-to-day service delivery remains high quality.

You will supervise, support staff development, and participate in regular on-call duties on a 24-hour rota. This full-time role requires reliability and a proven management background in the sector.

Qualifications

• Organisational and people management skills.
• Experience in social care or community support preferred.
• Ability to work on a 24-hour rota and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Deputising and supporting the management team in co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery
• Providing direct person-centred care to service users in their own tenancies
• Promoting and increasing co-production, service user involvement and positive partnerships
• Ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the service, guaranteeing high quality care is delivered at all times.
