Job summary

Creative Support's Development Pathway is seeking a warm, proactive Support Coordinator to assist older individuals at our Extra Care service in Dukinfield, Tameside. You will work with the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager to deliver a person-centred service and support families, promoting a positive atmosphere.

The role includes providing personal care and domestic tasks, helping clients access work, education and social activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' UK care experience is essential.
