Job summary

Creative Support seeks an experienced manager to oversee nine learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. You will supervise a team of Support Workers and Service Coordinators, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care and community links.

The role requires proven social care management experience, with NVQ level 3 desirable, and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for people under care.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector supporting people who have a learning disability.
• Experience of staff and service management is essential, and a relevant professional qualification is desirable (e.g. NVQ level 3).

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility under the Registered Manager for delivering bespoke services.
• Coordinate the service to tailor support to each service user.
• Maintain excellent records of service delivery, rotas, time-sheets and provide written feedback.
