Zusammenfassung

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) seeks a dedicated Support Coordinator to help 16–18 year olds gain independence within semi-independent accommodation. This full-time role covers multiple local sites with rota shifts, including alternate weekends, offering a salary of £28,757 plus sleep-shift enhancements.

You will safeguard, record detailed information, and work with a supportive team in Ofsted-regulated services to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and ongoing development

Qualifikationen

• Experience with safeguarding and young people preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willing to work rota including alternate weekends.
• Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
