Job summary

Active Assistance is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 17-year-old client with complex health needs in his family home in Four Marks, Alton, and within the local community. You will be part of a consistent care team, following pre-planned weekly rotas and providing flexible coverage across days and nights.

The role offers up to £14.50 per hour, with an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked, plus induction training and ongoing support from the Children’s Care

Responsibilities

• Support a 17-year-old male client with complex needs in his family home and in the community.
• Assist with cerebral palsy, moving and handling, epilepsy, and PEG feeding.
• Work with a consistent care team with rotas planned in advance.
• Flexible shifts including days and nights.
