Job summary

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young people aged 16-18 in semi-independent accommodation across Hereford. The role focuses on building life skills, safeguarding, and effective team communication within our Independent Living Services.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota including alternate weekends; part-time and bank hours are also available.
