Job summary

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) seeks a dedicated Support Worker for Independent Living Services in Hereford. You will help young people aged 16-18 develop independent living skills and support safeguarding, with travel required due to multiple Hereford locations.

Role offers full-time (37.5h/week) rota including alternate weekends; driving is essential. CCP provides extensive benefits and development opportunities in a values-driven charity.
