Job summary

Career Concept is seeking an IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support and to manage infrastructure tasks including O365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.

The role covers networking with routers and connected devices, along with coordinating 3rd party suppliers to ensure reliable IT services and user support. Growth opportunities include AZ-900 and leadership of junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong skills with O365 and Entra ID.
• Mid level networking skills with routers (e.g. Cisco) and TCP/IP services.
• Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential.
• Confidence to manage 3rd party suppliers (outsourced support).
• Customer-focused and supportive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support.
• Deliver infrastructure support and management (O365, Entra ID, AD, Intune).
• Handle networking tasks with routers and connected devices.
• Oversee and coordinate 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
