Support Administrator

Perm role, Up to £30k pa DOE, Mon to Thurs

Location: Wetherby, Yorkshire and the Humber, UK

I am seeking an experienced Administrator to support various functions within a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company based in Wetherby.

This role is suitable for an all-rounder with solid knowledge and experience in:

  • Health and Safety Administration
  • Quality Administration, especially ISO 9001
  • Training Records Management

You should also be comfortable assisting with Customer Service tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key skills include:

  • Strong understanding of Quality Systems (ISO 9001)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Management
  • Experience with Training Records (beneficial)
  • Customer Service or Support experience (advantageous)
  • Good communication, client-facing skills, and IT proficiency
  • Strong character, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Supporting SHEQ department to maintain high standards in health, safety, environment, and quality
  • Assisting with internal audits and ISO compliance
  • Coordinating and maintaining training plans and records
  • Managing records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • General office administration and filing
  • Supporting the Customer Service team

This is a permanent position offering up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and hours worked. The client prefers full-time hours but is flexible regarding working days and hours.
