Business Support Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits
Location: Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire LS25

Type: Permanent, Office-based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Flexible); Saturday rota (May-November); one late evening per week (May-October). Additional pay applies.

Location Benefits: Commutable from Castleford, Selby, Garforth, Pontefract, Tadcaster, York, or Leeds.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions seeks a strong communicator capable of managing multiple tasks and projects. The role is as a Sales and Project Administrator based in Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire.

Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will facilitate the seamless delivery of client projects and support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks. The position offers daily challenges and opportunities, working with prominent clients in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration & Support:
- Process inquiries and prepare detailed quotations.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email.
- Update databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist marketing with content and ideas.
- Support securing long-term client agreements.
Project Coordination:
- Create and manage event documentation.
- Arrange accommodation, travel, and site equipment.
- Coordinate with on-site crews and internal departments.
- Prepare RAMS, Health & Safety documents, and drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary: £28k - £32k depending on experience.
