Job summary

Essity in Skelmersdale is seeking a organised Supply Services Administrator to coordinate transport and distribution of finished goods, mother reels and raw materials within our fast-paced supply chain.

You will work closely with planning teams, warehousing providers and transport partners to deliver excellent customer service, meet KPIs and continuously improve processes, while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, logistics, supply chain or customer service environments.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Good IT and computer skills, including MS Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transport and distribution activities to support customer and business requirements.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of finished goods, mother reels and raw materials.
• Identify and expand potential delivery issues to the planning team to minimise disruption.
• Act as a key point of contact for external warehousing and transport providers, ensuring effective use of transport capacity.
• Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the achievement of Supply Service KPIs and service level targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support corrective actions where required.
• Assist with customs clearance activities where applicable.
• Promote and support Essity's I Care programme, contributing to a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment.
