Libra Recruitment Group B.V. in Kings Lynn is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day supply chain activity from order placement through to delivery, liaising with purchasing, production, warehousing, sales and external suppliers.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel; ERP or MRP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, supplier confirmations and delivery schedules.

• Identify potential shortages or delays and take prompt action to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP, stock and purchasing systems.
• Support demand planning, forecasting and inventory reviews.
• Investigate delivery, quality and invoice queries, escalating where appropriate.
• Produce regular reports on supplier performance, stock and supply chain activity.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy and service levels.

Job description

Are you organised, commercially aware and confident coordinating suppliers, stock and schedules? We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing company in Kings Lynn. This is a varied role where you will help keep materials and products moving efficiently, support excellent customer service and build strong relationships across the supply chain.

The Role

Working closely with purchasing, production, warehousing, sales and external suppliers, you will coordinate day-to-day supply chain activity from order placement through to delivery. You will monitor stock, maintain accurate records, resolve issues quickly and provide clear updates to internal teams and customers.
