Overview

Job title: Supply Chain PMO

Location: Filton, Bristol, UK (hybrid with occasional travel)

Job type: 12 months Contract

Salary: £33.00 per hour Umbrella

Shift Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)

iO Associates are seeking for a Supply Chain PMO to work with one of the top businesses that create, produce, and provide customers with aerospace goods and services. They oversee the production of commercial aircraft, including helicopters, spacecraft, and defence systems.

Required
  • Experienced in PMO, Supply Chain, Quality, and Value Stream Mapping, with strong knowledge of structured project management approaches.
  • Skilled in executive reporting and decision-making support, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French or Spanish considered an asset.
  • Adaptable professional with a willingness to work in multicultural environments and travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support PIA meetings, SteerCo sessions, and JIP governance, including preparation, organization, and coordination under the lead of JIP leaders.
  • Record, activate, and monitor action plans for PIAW internal governance, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Produce minutes, executive reports, and high-level dashboards summarizing procurement performance, supplier metrics, and risk exposure, tailored to senior leadership needs with relevant KPIs, trends, and visualizations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk management by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks, recommending improvements based on data insights and supporting audit and supplier risk assessment outputs.
