We are the UK’s number 1 gin club, known from Dragons’ Den, delivering monthly boxes of craft gin and artisan accompaniments to members across the UK. Our offerings include a magazine with distillery interviews, cocktail recipes, and more.

Role Overview

We seek a Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the supply chain for our online store, which sells gins and related products. The fulfillment activities are based in our distribution centre.

Responsibilities

• Service: Establish and document costs and service level agreements with 3PL partners.
• Dispatch Management: Oversee consolidation and dispatch activities for GOTM and B2B orders, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Logistics: Arrange cost-effective transport logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analysis: Analyze data, report on performance, and ensure accurate invoicing for orders fulfilled by 3PL and carriers.
• HMRC: Maintain duty records, deferment accounts, and manage drawback claims.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2+ years of similar experience.
• Experience with B2C fulfillment and managing high-volume third-party relationships.
• Experience setting operational SLAs and managing operational facilities.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Comfort in a dynamic, start-up environment.
• A love of gin is a plus!
