Alexandra Palace is looking for a full-time Stock Operations Manager to join the Catering Team.

Alexandra Park and Palace is a major event, heritage, and cultural destination in north London. We host live music, live sport, theatre productions, and Park events all year round. All the money generated by events goes back into maintaining and restoring Ally Pally. The restoration of the venue aims to celebrate and share the past, deliver extraordinary experiences at present, and regenerate for the future.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: Manage orders and receipt of catering stock
• Tills and systems: Oversee system updates for the stock and EPOS till system
• Financial administration: Reconcile stock invoices with accounts payable in a timely manner
• General: Control the presentation and cleanliness of all catering storerooms
