Job summary

Ignite in Central London (hybrid) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the founders and drive day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce brand. This role offers broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy with significant ownership from day one.

You will manage 3PL partners, coordinate stock, assist with sourcing, support launches from sourcing to production and help build scalable systems using AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations/ecommerce or supply chain.
• Experience with Shopify or TikTok Shop.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and data confidence.
• Comfortable using AI to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers.
• Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth.
• Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships.
• Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production.
• Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
• Working closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates.
