Job summary

Naked Wines is seeking a Supply Network Planning Analyst to design and maintain tools that optimize stock flow across US and AU markets. The role emphasizes AI-driven automation and collaborative work with the Commercial team to ensure campaign readiness and inventory availability.

You will build dynamic models in Google Sheets, align production timing with market windows, and identify risks to shield shelf-life while enhancing planning efficiency. Hybrid, based in the UK with two office days.

Qualifications

• Advanced Google Sheets capability with complex formulas and arrays.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows or automation solutions.
• Designing decision-making tools translating data into insights.
• Fluency in supply chain concepts from production timing to shelf-life management.
• Ability to communicate complex inventory data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Inventory Deployment, Capacity Limitations, Stock Allocation, Logistics, or Supply Network Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative decision-support tools to guide inventory movements across US and Australian markets.
• Shape production timing with models aligning factory output to market windows.
• Evolve planning with automated AI workflows (Google Gems, GPTs).
• Build visibility models projecting inventory levels and mitigating shelf-life risks.
• Serve as operational liaison to the US Commercial team on product availability for campaigns.
• Identify network bottlenecks and propose mitigation options to keep operations moving.
• Ensure stock allocation supports campaigns and timely sales execution.
