Bloom & Wild is expanding its Procurement Team and seeking a Supply Chain Lead to architect and scale non‑horticultural stock planning. You will drive availability, reduce waste, and build automated tools and AI workflows across sites, partnering with the commercial team to protect margins.

You’ll lead a team of stock planners, develop robust processes, and report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory. Flexible, hybrid working and international remote options are available.

Formación

• Experience leading a procurement or supply planning team.
• Experience scaling stock across multi-site operations.
• Experience building automated tools and AI workflows.
• Strong data-driven and commercially minded.

Responsabilidades

• Build & Scale the Function: architect n on‑horticultural stock planning for rapid growth.
• Master Stock Availability: lead teams to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Develop & Automate: create automated supply chain tools and AI workflows.
• Process & KPI Leadership: standardise processes and drive weekly KPI reviews.
• Team Transformation & Development: coach and build succession plans.
• Strategic Growth & Inventory Control: de‑risk launches and right‑size inventory.
• Operational Execution: support planning during peak or issues.
• 3PW Performance Management: measure supplier performance vs SLAs.
• Supplier Performance: improve internal reporting and tiering.
