Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the UK Coatings & Seasonings team (Ossett, Banbury & Corby). You will oversee customer service, planning, inventory and logistics, translating business priorities into clear actions.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will drive operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, delivering OTIF, stock accuracy and service goals through a proactive, team‑based leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing supply chains.
• Experience leading a team in fast-paced operations.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain activities across UK Coatings & Seasonings.
• Ensure customer service, production planning and logistics are delivered on time.
• Coach the team and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare performance updates on OTIF, stock and planning adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and CS teams.
