Job summary

Belcan in Warwick is seeking a Supply Chain - Customer Service Representative on a 6-month contract inside IR35. You will process quotations, sales orders and related documents in our ERP system, ensuring timely communication with customers and meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, SAP knowledge, MS Office, and a degree in Supply Chain or a related field; the role involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order processing.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Degree in a Supply Chain discipline or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, sales orders and related documents in the ERP system within agreed time-scales.
• Communicate progress/plan to meet customer requirements and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met timely.
• Identify training needs by liaising with management and super users.
• Organize customer meetings to maintain high levels of service.
• Ensure compliance with export, control and customs regulations.
