Belcan in Warwick is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Demand team in the Energy Services Division. The role focuses on processing quotations and orders, communicating progress and resolving issues within agreed timescales.

You will liaise with internal departments, ensure compliance with export and customs controls, and support pricing inquiries with cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of export, controls and customs regulations.

Responsabilités

• Organise and chair meetings with customers to ensure high levels of service.
• Maintain awareness of export, control and customs compliance and current regulations.
• Support pricing queries by investigating costs and preparing spreadsheets.
• Assist management with administrative tasks as required.

Supply Chain Customer Service Representative

Job Title Supply Chain - Customer Service Representative

Job location: Warwick

Contract : 6 months Inside IR35

Weekly hours : 40 hours (8 hours per day)

We have an exciting opportunity for Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Customer Demand team as part of the Supply Chain function. This role will interact globally and will be based at our office in Warwick for the Energy Services Division.

What are my responsibilities?

• As a Supply Chain coordinator, you will Process quotations, sales orders and other documents through the relevant company ERP system within agreed time-scales
• Communicate the progress/plan that meets the customer's requirements, resolving issues or escalating problems within agreed timescales
• Liaise and follow up with internal departments/functions to ensure customer's needs are met in a timely manner
• Liaise with immediate manager/super user to establish training needs on a regular basis to maintain knowledge adequate for performing all required functions
• Organise and chair appropriate meetings with the customer, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved
• Supply Chain coordinator will have a clear understanding of Export, Control and Customs compliance. This includes keeping up to date with current regulations and limitations within different customer relationships.
• Support pricing queries by investigating costs and preparing spreadsheets for clear information and to facilitate decision making
• Support Management with administrative tasks as necessary

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Supply Chain coordinator should have good working knowledge of the Supply Chain particularly with respect to Customer interaction, Operational Customs controls, Quality Standards and Business Acumen.
• Degree qualified within a Supply Chain discipline would be advantageous.
• Previous experience of order processing/customer service skills preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all Microsoft applications and experience of SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer service
• This is a role that is the point of contact with customer and the link with internal
  department in supply chain.
