Job summary

GXO Logistics in Nottingham is seeking a Supplier Support Coordinator to join our transport solution EyeQ network. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and drivers, delivering a proactive and professional service while ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

The role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times between 07:30 and 17:00. A salary of up to £26,100 per annum plus 25 days holiday and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, transport or operational support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers, suppliers and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Investigate and resolve customer and supplier enquiries with timely updates.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers, sites and internal teams.
• Monitor service performance and maintain records and admin tasks.
