Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Nottingham is seeking a Supplier Support Coordinator to join the EyeQ network. You will be the key contact for customers, suppliers and drivers, helping to deliver an excellent service experience and ensure smooth operations.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, with flexible between 07:30 and 17:00 to meet business needs. Salary up to £26,100 per year plus benefits including a company pension, life assurance and access to our benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, transport or operational support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for customers, suppliers and operational teams to deliver responsive service.
• Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement.
• Handle customer and supplier enquiries, investigate issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with drivers, customer sites and internal departments on delivery schedules and service queries.
• Maintain accurate records and transport administration to support operational excellence.
