Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Nottingham is seeking a Supplier Support Coordinator to be a key contact for customers, suppliers, drivers and internal teams. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility for business needs, and a salary up to £26,100 per annum plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, logistics, transport or operational support environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; transport systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and operational teams, delivering a responsive and professional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, supporting performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer and supplier enquiries, investigating and resolving issues with timely updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate with drivers, customer sites and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, delays and service-related queries.
• Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records and transport administration to support operational excellence.
